The contract file is hugely important and can be found on the home page of the site.
It should be downloaded often to ensure you are seeing the latest version as its updated often.

Inside what you will find:
* Every team in the leagues roster and contract status for every player.
* Games---Is a historical record of the score of every game in PNFL history for 37 seasons and almost 6600 games.
* Points---Shows all teams point totals, costs for each team for aging, draft picks, free agents, as well as your cap hit for the current season and possibly next season.
* Coaches---A historical record of every coach to ever play in the PNFL
* Gambling---It's the weekly record of the picks each team made and who won.
* LiveTV---Is a chart showing which games were played out for upload or shown live. Teams is green won, red lost.
*Draft Picks---A chart showing which teams own which picks in the current year and following year.
* FA Pool---An important tab for the moment. These players are free agents for your consideration but are not yet in the game itself. The free agents in the game will not be found in this file. This file has been and will be shrinking though. There are hundreds of players who have no chance of making the league and will be retired. Always check this tab as it will be edited down.
* Draft History---A historical record of every draft pick and by who of every player ever taken in league history.
*Champions---A historical record of every SB matchup in league history.
*Franchises---A historical quick view of every team to ever play in league history.
* Playoff History---A historical list of every of playoff game in league history.
*Min-Max---Is a table of the minimums and maximums for all players attributes based on position.
*There are several other tabs which I utilize at various times but not important to you.

My point is this excel file is very important and contains a large amount of information.
In the regular season, once a week download is fine.
In the offseason/preseason, it should be downloaded daily!
