Teams in the PNFL can have a 53 man roster + 10 man practice squads.
Those players will reside in the IR section of the game.
It is possible for you to have 53+10+ injured players out for the season. In those cases I will stash the player in the free agent pile.

A PNFL requirement for a roster is 53 players at all times. (46 Active)
