Thanks Mitch, interesting read. I think I rank my player attribute weights closer to Jerry's ranking formula than I do yours. Not to say either is a master formula, but perception of the attribute priority per position is different, and it shows in the results which are pretty close which makes it interesting.

To add on to that, here is a list of the teams and the # of 99% players on each team for 2044.
Regardless of age/position, ignoring how many high quality depth you may have.
Just tells you which teams have the most high level players.

Chicago 36 (Playoffs)
Houston 27 (Playoffs)
Washington 26 (Playoffs)
NY Jets 24 (Playoffs)
Denver 23 (Playoffs)
Minnesota 23 (Playoffs)
NY Giants 23
San Francisco 22 (Playoffs)
Los Angeles 21
New England 19
Green Bay 18
Las Vegas 18
Indianapolis 16
Seattle 15
Jacksonville 14
Pittsburgh 14
Atlanta 9
Philadelphia 7 (Playoffs)

Top 6 teams were all playoff teams in 2043.
Seems like players might matter a little :)
Also, that Detroit did a great job of getting to the playoffs last year.
And if you are going to knock off Chicago or any of the top 4 who were also in the final 4 last season, you have your work cut out for you!

These numbers are for entertainment purposes only :)

Having better talent is always a plus, regardless of how narrow the talent spread is between players.

Interesting how the "dirty" numbers keep revealing the same thing though...

Those dirty numbers look kinda shiny to me.
