Jalen Hurts Leads Detroit to an NFC Championship game. I think it is coaching

I never started Jalen Hurts when he was on my team, so his lack of success on my team is NOT coaching. I simply never started him, he was a backup.

When Jerry Glanville coached Atlanta, he opposed the drafting of Brett Favre and said he would never be starting QB for Atlanta. He traded Favre to GB. Sometimes coaches misread talent. That is part of football, in real life and in our game. Any coach with 20+ seasons in the PNFL has misjudged player talen and trade away players that have done well with another team.

First pass in his Viking reunion tour was a pick six! However, he did a nice job the rest of the way in his role as a game manager. That’s all I expect of him.

The last 2 POTW QBs both lost their game. Would you rather have the win or the POTW?
