That play was from a practice game. But it could happen in any game.

That explains it. The league uses local high school refs to officiate exhibition games.

Is that who Oakland hires for their pre-season games? Maybe the budget cuts weren't so good an idea...

I thought the officials were trying to help Atlanta out. They knew you weren't going to stop them so by just giving them the TD. It gave you more time to answer the score.
